STEP 1 - INTIAL MEETING

After contacting LSI LAWN & LANDSCAPE's, the owner, Landon will respond to get a little more information about your project such as your location, scale and timeline. After getting that information we will set up a time to come out and meet with you in person to take a look at the actual space, take grades and measurements and talk to you in more detail about the project as well as products and installation details. 

 

If your request is for lawn maintenance, treatments, or snow and ice removal, we can quote you on the spot and proceed to contacting.

STEP 2 - PROJECT DESIGN

Once we find out more about what you want for in your outdoor living space or we will take our grades and measurements back to the office to put together a design to present to you. All jobs will get a 2D design showing colors and scale.

STEP 3 - PRODUCT SELECTION /JOB PROPOSAL

Third, after perfecting your design, we will put together a financial proposal for your project. During this process, materials will be discussed in more detail to make our estimating more accurate. Once the rough estimate has been accepted, materials will be selected and a contract will be signed.

STEP 4 - JOB INSTALLATION

Two to three weeks before the start of the project an invoice will be sent requiring a 50% deposit.  We will order the materials and LSI will break ground on your project. Our projects range in installation time with a minimum of one week but can take up to 2 months based on size and complexity.
